The Pacific AI Partner Program gives you the support, training, and resources to help your customers succeed with building and proving their
AI systems are accurate and safe.
Pacific AI is a CHAI-certified Assurance Resource Provider, offering independent and credible validation and the rigorous governance that enables robust compliance at the appropriate levels. Health systems are legally liable for the use of their models – Pacific AI does that.

A Pacific AI Partner is an organization that has signed the partner agreement, deployed its own copy of the Pacific AI platform, and keeps at least one trained representative. Partners refer and demonstrate the platform. Pacific AI contracts, delivers, bills, and supports the customer directly, so partners carry no delivery risk and never handle billing.
The Pacific AI Partner Program is built for organizations that already advise healthcare on AI, including advisory and consulting practices, compliance and internal audit, healthcare law, health IT integrators, and EHR consultancies. If you already tell customers how to govern the AI they build or buy, the program pays you to bring in the platform that implements it.
To become a Pacific AI Partner, submit the form above and sign the partner agreement we send. You then deploy your own copy from the AWS or Azure Marketplace in about 10 minutes, attend a working session, and pass the certification exam. The only ongoing requirement is keeping at least one representative who completed Pacific AI partner training within the past twelve months.
Becoming a Pacific AI Partner is free. There is no partner fee, no quota, and no minimum commitment, the core platform is free forever, partner training is provided at no charge, and Pacific AI grants the Credits you demonstrate with. Certification is priced separately on the Training and Certification page.
Partners earn commission on customers they register with Pacific AI before first contact. Once a registered customer makes a qualifying annual commitment to prepaid Credits, the partner earns 20% of what Pacific AI collects, plus 10% on later commitments and on Pacific AI services the customer buys. Commission is paid within 30 days of the end of the month the payment is received. Advisory work partners sell and deliver themselves stays entirely theirs, and full thresholds and terms are in the partner agreement.
